A short call
What you need, who will use it, by when. No long brief required.

Proposal and estimate
Scope, timeline and a fixed price or a hard cap. Work starts only after that.

Iteration
You see the result as it is built. We change what does not hold up in use.

Handover
Code, access, notes, invoice to my company ID. Ongoing work if you want it.

Do you invoice as a company or as a sole trader?

Custom software and consulting are invoiced as a sole trader, Ing. Martin Klíma, company ID 87821133. Own products are run by Simfico CZ s.r.o.

How is the price set?

After a short brief I give a fixed price or a cap. I am not VAT-registered, so invoices have no VAT.

Can you take over an existing system?

Yes. A lot of the work is operating, extending and fixing something already in production, not only greenfield builds.
